When you send a booking request or a message, we collect the information you enter: name, e-mail address, phone number, stay dates, number of guests and the content of your message.

The site uses only strictly necessary technical cookies (language preference, consent choice). No advertising cookies are set.

With your consent only, we use Google Analytics 4 to measure site traffic (page views, referrer, device) in aggregate. Until you accept via the banner, Google Analytics runs in "cookieless" mode and stores no identifier. Your IP address is anonymised and no data is used for advertising.

You can change your choice at any time by clearing the site cookies in your browser, which brings the consent banner back.

Your data is used only to handle your request, reply to you, prepare your stay and meet our legal obligations (guest register). It is never sold or rented.

Booking requests and messages are kept for at most 24 months, then deleted or anonymised. Data linked to an actual stay is kept for the period required by Moroccan regulations.

Under Moroccan law 09-08 on personal data protection, you have the right to access, correct and delete your data. To exercise it, write to us at the address below.

Traffic to the site is encrypted (HTTPS). The admin area is protected by authentication. We apply reasonable measures to protect your data against unauthorised access.
