Terms & Conditions

Once we receive your request, we check availability and send you a confirmation with the total price. The booking becomes firm when we receive your agreement and, where applicable, the requested deposit.

Rates are shown in Moroccan dirham (MAD), breakfast included, tourist tax extra where applicable. The balance is settled on arrival in cash (MAD, EUR or USD) or by advance bank transfer. Card payments are not available at the riad.

Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival. Between 7 and 3 days: the first night is charged. Within 3 days or in case of no-show: the full stay is charged. Specific terms may apply over festive periods and are stated at confirmation.

Check-in from 2:00 pm, check-out until 11:00 am. Please tell us your arrival time so we can arrange the welcome and, if needed, the transfer to the riad’s door.

The riad is a quiet place: please respect other guests’ peace, especially at night. Smoking is not allowed in the rooms. Pets are not accepted. Any damage found may be charged.

The riad accepts no liability in the event of force majeure or circumstances beyond its control (outages, works in the medina, weather). A safe is available in the suite; we recommend not leaving valuables unattended.
